Air-conditioning condensers
MaXgear condensers are characterised by excellent technical parameters, high durability and cooling performance. Condensers fitted with air-conditioning dryer are a large part of the rich offer. Each piece is thoroughly checked at the manufacturing stage in terms of tightnes
Air-conditioning dryers
A wide range of dryers is characterised by OEM dryer structure ensuring failure-free operation for many years. Filled with a drying agent up to the level allowing to correctly separate undesired dampness in an air-conditioning system. Every dryer undergoes tightness tests and is hermetically packed at the manufacturing stage.
Air-conditioning compressors
The offer of MaXgear compressors includes equivalents of original compressors for most vehicles of the European passenger car market. Air-conditioning compressors are filled with special oil at the manufacturing process to maximally ensure correct operation for end-customer. The production also involves detailed endurance and operation tests. All air-conditioning compressors are new products (they are not subject to regeneration).
Air-conditioning pressure sensors
The offer of MaXgear air-conditioning pressure sensors includes a two-position version (low and high condition) and a three-position version (low, medium and high condition). It is one of the most important elements protecting the whole air-conditioning system which additionally performs the function of a pressure regulator. Sensors are tested electrically at the manufacturing stage which ensures failure-free operation in cars.
Compressor clutches and compressor clutch coils
The compressor clutch is responsible for proper and balanced operation of the air conditioning compressor. It causes the compressor to start and stop at appropriate times in the A/C duty cycle. It consists of a coil (solenoid), a pulley and a clutch disc called a drive disc. When the air conditioning is turned on, current flows through the solenoid. The magnetic field generated attracts the clutch disc to the pulley, which transmits the drive to the A/C compressor.
Air conditioning hoses
Car air conditioning hoses are one of the most common causes of whole system failure. Any hose leak, even a small one, damaged terminals or faulty connectors will lead to a decrease in performance of the entire system. A cracked hose leaks refrigerant and mineral oil that lubricates the compressor. Although in such a situation the air conditioning is able to continue working, its efficiency gradually decreases and the air conditioning compressor gradually loses its lubrication, which can lead to its seizure and expose the user to large costs. A/C hoses can leak as a result of typical operation or during a traffic collision or improper service. All MaXgear products are new (not refurbished) and include all necessary seals.
